玻璃酸钠联合双氯芬酸钠治疗干眼症的疗效分析

目的分析玻璃酸钠滴眼液联合双氯芬酸钠滴眼液治疗干眼症的疗效。方法将2011年10月至2013年4月收治的70例（140眼）干眼症患者分为观察组（n=35）和对照组（n=35），观察组患者采用玻璃酸钠滴眼液联合双氯芬酸钠滴眼液治疗，对照组患者采用玻璃酸钠滴眼液治疗。结果观察组治疗总有效率（97．14％）明显高于对照组（P〈0．05），治疗后观察组的眼部症状评分、Fe、BUT和SIT均显著地优于对照组（P〈0．05）。结论玻璃酸钠滴眼液联合双氯芬酸钠滴眼液治疗干眼症疗效确切，值得临床推广应用。

An evaluation of the effect of a combination of hyaluronic acid sodium eye drops and diclofenac sodium eye drops on xerophthalmia

Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of a combination of hyaluronic acid sodium eye drops and diclofenac on xerophthalmia. Method 70 patients（ 140 eyes） experiencing xerophthalmia admitted to the second hospital of Jinzhou Town of Ningbo city from October, 2011 to April, 2013 were divided into an experimental group（ n = 35） and a control group（ n = 35）. The experimental group were given a combination of hyaluronic acid sodium eye drops and diclofenac sodium eye drops, while the control group were given hyaluronic acid sodium eye drops only. Findings The clinical effect of the combination as observed in the experimental group was significantly better than that in the control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Furthermore, the scores of ophthalmologic symptoms, Fe, BUT, and SIT as observed in the experimental group after treatment were considerably higher than those in the control group（P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The combination of hyaluronic acid sodium eye drops and diclofcnac sodium eye drops which we formulated as a medicine for xerophthalmia proved to be significantly effective.
