健康教育临床护理路径对股骨干骨折患者围手术期不良情绪及疼痛的影响

摘    要:目的探讨以临床护理路径为指导的健康教育对股骨干骨折患者围手术期不良情绪和疼痛的影响。方法将我院手术治疗的股骨干骨折患者随机分为观察组和对照组,观察组在围手术期间采取以临床护理路径为指导的健康教育,对照组随机安排时间进行健康教育。对两组患者围手术期焦虑抑郁情绪、疼痛程度进行对比分析。结果两组患者HAMA及HAMD评分均较入院时明显降低(P〈0.01),且观察组明显低于对照组(P〈0.01);出院前1日,两组患者疼痛强度评分值均较入院时明显降低(P〈0.01),且观察组明显低于对照组(P〈0.01);观察组骨折相关知识掌握情况平均分明显高于对照组(P〈0.01)。结论以临床护理路径为指导的健康教育,可更好地改善患者的不良情绪,减轻疼痛,促进患者的康复。

Abstract:Objective To understand the role of health education and clinical nursing pathway in treating perioperative adverse emotions and pain of femoral fractures patients. Method Patients admitted to our hospital for surgical treatment of femoral fractures were chosen as the subjects of study. They were randomly divided into an experimental group and a control group. The experimental group were cared with clinical nursing pathway and health education, while the control group were administered with health education only. Perioperative anxiety, depression and pains which the patients of the two groups experienced were analyzed and compared. Findings The HAMA and HAMD scores of the two groups were significantly decreased ( P 〈 0.01 ) on admission, with those of the experimental group significantly lower than those of the control group ( P 〈 0.01 ) ; The related knowledge of fracture situation average of the experimental group was obviously higher than that of the control group ( P 〈 0.01 ). Conclusion Health education and clinical nursing pathway can warrant continuity and integrity of health education, improve the fracture related knowledge, ease patient's bad mood, relieves pain, gives full play to the patient's subjective initiative, and promotes recovery.
