平底短型网塞式补片在腹股沟疝无张力修补术中的安全性和可行性分析

目的探讨分析平底短型网塞式补片在腹股沟疝无张力修补术中的安全性和可行性。方法收集整理我院收治的腹股沟疝患者320例,根据采用治疗方法不同分为3组,分别应用单纯平底短型网塞补片（A组）、平片式无张力修补术（B组）及疝环充填式无张力修补术（C组）,分析比较三组患者住院时间、手术时间、术后并发症、复发率和术后疼痛等方面的差异。结果 （1）A、B组患者手术时间较C组显著缩短,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。三组患者住院时间比较,组间差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）;（2）三组患者术后并发症和复发率情况,组间差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）;（3）三组患者术后VAS评分情况随时间点的延长逐渐降低,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。术后1周内三组患者术后VAS评分情况,组间差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。结论在腹股沟疝无张力修补术中使用平底短型网塞式补片具有损伤轻、痛苦少、恢复快等优点,值得临床推广应用。

Safety and feasibility of short flat mesh plug-in patch in tension-free repair of inguinal hernia

Objective To understand the safety and feasibility of short fiat mesh plug-in patch in tension-free repair of inguinal hernia. Method Since January 2010, 320 cases of inguinal hernia in-patients were divided into three groups according to the differing treatments assigned to each. Short simple flat mesh plug patch, flat sheet and tension-free hernia repair ring were administered to group A, group B and group C. The length of stay in hospital, operative time, postoperative complications, recurrence rate and postoperative pain and other variables were examined among the groups. Findings （1） The operative time of group A and B were all shorter than that of group C, the differences were all statistically significant（P 〈 0.05）. No significant difference was observed in the hospitalization time of all three groups （P 〉0.05） ; （2） postoperative complications and recurrence rate case of all three groups were not significantly different among the groups （ P 〉 0.05 ） ; （ 3 ） Three groups of patients with postoperative VAS score of the extension of time gradually decreased. The differences were all statistically significant （P 〈 0. 05 ）. Three groups of VAS score after 1 week postoperative were not statistically significant （P 〉 0.05 ）. Conclusion In the tension-free inguinal hernia repair, short flat mesh plug~in patch has light damage, less pain, faster recovery and so on.
