摘    要:目的 :了解复方丹参对损伤的脊髓组织的保护作用。方法 :采用改良Allen氏WD装置以 15 .0g冲击棒打击致伤兔L1 脊髓节段。术后实验组用复方丹参注射液静脉注射 ,对照组等量生理盐水静脉注射。术后 2h及 12h、2 4h取脊髓损伤段标本 ,分别采用干湿法、原子吸收光谱法测量脊髓损伤段水、钙含量。结果 :损伤脊髓后 ,伤区水和钙含量增高 ,应用复方丹参后水和钙含量得到改善。结论 :复方丹参对受伤脊髓段水、钙含量改变有一定保护作用

Abstract:Objective: To study the effect of salvia Miltiorrhiza on protecting injured spinal cord. Methods: 35 rabbits were divided randomly into three groups. The first group (A) included 5 rabbits was served as control. The second (B) and third group (C) had 15 rabbits in each. The injury at the level of L 1 spinal segment of the rabbits in Group B and C were made by dropping a weight of 15 g from a height 10 cm after a total laminectomly from L 1 segments. Rabbits in Group C were given salvia militorrhiza while those in Group B had the same volume of normal saline. At 2, 12, 24 hours following surgery, 5 rabbits in each group were sacrificed and the injured segments were resected for examination. The content of water and calcium was measured by dry wet method and atomic absorption spectroscopy. Results: A significant water and calcium content increase in B and C group were seen by comparison with pre injury, while in Group C the value of water and calcium were significantly lower than that of Group B. Conclusion: salvia miltiorrhiza can refrain the abnormal change of water and calcium in the injured spinal cord section of rabbits and has some protective effects on spinal cord in rabbits.
