| 摘 要： | 目的 报道肝移植术后常见的神经系统并发症及其可能的原因。方法 对香港玛丽医院从１９９１年１１月到１９９８年８月的肝移植病例进行回顾性分析。结果 为７８位病人做了８０例肝移植，９例（１１％）发生神经系统并发症，４例为颅内出血，２例病人发生脑梗塞，２例病人发生癫痫发作，１例病人出现判断力的障碍，同神经系统并发症相关的死亡率为５％（４／８０）。术中大量输血（大于１万毫升）同肝移植术后颅内出血有明显的关系

| Abstract: | Objective To report the incidence and analyze the factors predisposing to neurologic complications after liver transplantation. Methods A retrospective study of all cases in which patients presented with neurologic complications after liver transplantation from October 1991 to August 1998 in Queen Mary Hospital,Hong Kong. Results Eighty liver transplants were performed in 78 patients.Neurologic complications developed in 9(11%)cases.Among these 9 complications,4 were intracerebral hemorrhage,2 were cerebral infarction,2 were seizure and 1 was adjustment disorder.Mortality rate related to neurologic complications was 5%(4/80).Massive intraoperative blood transfusion(>1000ml)was correlated with intracerebral hemorrhage(p=0.0013).Cyclosporine toxicity may play a role in seizure after liver transplantation. Conclusion Neruologic complications are common after liver transplantation.They are severe and highly related to mortality.Massive intraoperative blood transfusion may be responsible for intracerebra |
