| 摘 要： | 目的:建立农村卫生适宜技术推广综合评价指标体系.方法:以平衡计分卡的结构进行架构,运用Delphi法和层次分析法建立评价指标体系及确定指标权重,用TOPSIS法进行评价分析.结果:建立了由1个一级指标,4个二级指标,10个三级指标,33个四级指标组成的4层次评价指标体系,该指标体系可以综合评价农村卫生适宜技术推广情况.结论:评价指标体系具有较为合理的结构,评价内容方面较为完善和全面.评价指标体系信度和效度较高,基本达到预期目的.
