| 摘 要： | 2002年起,我国陆续实施了针对结核病防治人员和结核病患者的多项激励政策.文章通过文献查阅和实地调研的方法,梳理了结核病激励政策评价的指标、角度、方法和程序,进而提出了针对不同类别激励政策的适宜评价方法,为政府科学决策提供了依据. |

| Abstract: | Since 2002,China has gradually launched a number of incentive policies targeting TB control personnel and TB patients.By consulting literature and field research,the article summarized the measurements,methods and procedures of TB incentive policy assessment,and put forward appropriate assessment methods for different kinds of incentive policies that provide reference for government's decision making. |
