自发性脉络膜上腔出血1例报告并文献复习

目的探讨自发性脉络膜上腔出血的发病机制和临床特点。方法结合自发性脉络膜上腔出血病例1例并复习相关文献。结果发病机制不明确,临床上易误诊,其预后取决于出血范围。结论局限出血,积极行后巩膜切开,眼后段重建手术,能保住部分视力,广泛出血则预后不良。

Spontaneous suprachoroidal hemorrhage:a case report and literature review

Objective To explore the clinical characteristics and pathogenesis of spontaneous suprachoroidal hemorrhage. Methods A case was reported and the related literatures were reviewed. Result The pathogenesis of primary systemic amyloidosis was not clear. Posterior sclerotomy at a suitable time,which could decrease the complications of spontaneous suprachoroidal hemorrhage,reduced the rate of eye atrophy and maintain visual function. Conclusion Partial suprachoroidal hemorrhage may be improved the early diagnosis and the early therapy. Extensive suprachoroi- dal hemorrhage has a bad prognosis.
