| 摘 要： | 文章分析了医院信息化的本质,探讨了医院信息化战略管理的意义和思路,针对医改的大形势及医院管理模式的转变这两个最重要的内外部环境和条件,从“以病人为中心,方便病人,提高医疗服务效率、质量和安全,节约医疗费用,加强病人健康保健”这4个角度出发,提出了医院信息化建设战略目标模型,并针对该战略的实施和控制,提出需要4个方面工作支撑的思路,而其中最首要的是人才队伍的建设和信息化相关制度的建设. |

| Abstract: | The essence of hospital informationalization was analyzed.And the significance and thoughts of its strategic management was discussed.Aimed at its inner and outer conditions,which were healthcare reform and the change of hospital management model,strategic objective to construct hospital informationalization was put forward,which was based on four principles,mainly as patients-oriented,convenience to patients,improvement of the efficiency,quality and security of health services,decrease of medical expenses.... |
