| 摘 要： | 目的:了解四川省重点慢性病痛人建档与管理现状,为制定相关政策和措施推动慢性病建档及管理工作提供依据.方法:分析2008 - 2010年四川省基层医疗卫生机构开展高血压、糖尿病、重性精神疾病患者建档管理数量、质量和健康管理率、规范管理率等指标变化情况.结果:四川省2008 - 2010年全省重点慢性病病人建档管理分别为77.7万、93.2万、217万,对患者实施干预项目数分别为4、7、9项,规范管理患者分别为48.1、71、169.7万；乡镇卫生院提供管理服务的数量增幅高于社区卫生服务中心,但后者管理质量提高速度快于前者；经济基础较好的扩权县、工作起步早的市州管理质量、数量综合排名靠前.结论:2008 -2010年四川省重点慢性病痛人管理工作呈现较好的发展趋势,但仍需加大服务人群覆盖的范围,加强对档案的信息化管理,增强对基层医疗卫生机构和专业公共卫生机构的能力建设和政策投入.
