| Abstract: | Acalculous inflammatory disease of the biliary tree is a recently recognized complication of acquired immunodeficiency syndrome (AIDS). Two men with AIDS and elevated serum alkaline phosphatase levels are reported. Computed tomography and cholangiography demonstrated biliary disease resembling sclerosing cholangitis. |
