糖尿病大鼠肾组织蛋白激酶C活性变化研究

目的 观察糖尿病大鼠肾脏组织蛋白激酶Ｃ（ｐｒｏｔｅｉｎ ｋｉｍａｓｅ Ｃ，ＰＫＣ）活性变化规律。方法 大鼠随机分为正常对照组（Ａ组）和糖尿病组（Ｂ组），分别于４、６周应用酶联免疫法测定肾脏ＰＫＣ活性；同时测定尿蛋白、肌酐清除率、血肌酐及肾脏肥大指数，对肾脏组织进行光镜及电镜观察。结果 ＰＫＣ活性升高与肾质量／体质量、尿蛋白排泄率呈相关关系，且与肾功能下降及组织学改变具有时间一致性。结论 ＰＫＣ活性

REGULATION OF ACTIVITY OF RENAL PROTEIN KINASE C IN DIABETES RATS

ObjectiveTo investigate the changes of renal protein kinase C activity and renal function in diabetes rats.MethodsThe rats were randomly divided into the normal control rats and the streptozotocin diabetic rats.The protein kinase C (PKC) activities were measured by enzyme linked immuntosorbent assay,the renal function and index of kidney hypertrophy were observed after 4,6 weeks of treatment respectively.In addition,the renal tissue was observed by light microscopy and electron microscopy.ResultsThe raised activity of protein kinase C was related with kindney hypertrophy index and urinary albumin excretion,and accompanied by the reduced renal function and renal pathologic changes.ConclusionThe raising of protein kinase C activity is a possible mechanism that resulted in renal damage in diabetes rats.
