| Abstract: | Objective To study the preventive measure and the etiology of recurrent hepatolithiasis complicated by Cholecystectomy.Methods The clinical data of 206 patients of hepatolithiasis were retrospectively analyzed.To investigate whether they underwent cholecystectomy and calculate the propo rtion of the recurrent hepatolithiasis after the operation.Results 27of 206(13.1%) patients had already undergone cholecytectomy.The distributions of sex and age of these patients are no differences.The mean interval between cholecystectomy and recurrent hepatolithiasis is 15.4±7.6 years.Conclusion The reason of recurrent hepatolithiasis afer cholecystectomy is not only the time and the operation of cholecystectomy itself,but also the conditions already existed when the gallbladder stones were formed. |
