| 摘 要： | 目的开发基于护理核心胜任力的外科护理课程,培养高技能的应用型护理人才。方法根据外科护士工作岗位,由课程专家、护理专家和教师商讨确定课程目标、教学内容,应用于90名大专二年级护生(实验组),并与95名实施传统课程教学的护生(对照组)进行统一考核比较。结果实验组护生理论考试成绩、临床综合技能成绩、护理核心胜任力评分显著高于对照组(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论基于培养护理核心胜任力的课程改革有助于提高护生职业能力,适应社会的需求。

| Abstract: | Objective To develop Surgical Nursing curriculum based on core competency,and to train highly skilled nursing personnel.Methods According to the posts of surgical nurses,objectives and contents of curriculum were identified by curriculum specialists,nurse specialists and teachers.And the reformed curriculum was applied to 90 sophomore nursing students(the experimental group),and 95 nursing students serving as the control group were given traditional curriculum.Exams were taken to evaluate the teaching effect of the 2 groups.Results The test scores of theory,clinical skills and core competency of nursing in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05,P<0.01).Conclusion Core competency-based curriculum can help improve nursing students′ professional ability and meet the needs of society. |
