Investigation and analysis on the usage of the antimicrobial agents in perioperative period

Objective To investigation and analysis the usage of prophylactic antibiotics in perioperative period in order to provide references for rational use of antimicrobial in the clinic.Methods The application of antimicrobial agents in 360 peprioperative patients rando mLy selected from our hospital was reviewed retrospectively.Results 95.3% of the total 360 cases receiced antibacterials for prophylaxis purpose.Rational rate for the use of antimicrobial was 60.3%.14.9% received combination of 2 drugs,7.7% received combination of 3 drugs.The main problem:The usage rate of antimicrobial was high in preioperative period,the high class antibiotics was used,the timing and duration of prophylactic use of drugs tends to be on the long side and exceed the duration of antibiotics instruction principle in some cases.Conclusion Clinicians should strengthen the management of antimicrobial agents in perioperation period so as to apply it rationally.
