| 摘 要： | 目的 通过不同治疗方法分析,判断老年人桡骨远端骨折的疗效.方法 102例65岁以上老年人桡骨远端骨折,68例行手法复位石膏或支具外固定;20例行闭合复位外固定架固定;14例行切开复位背侧斜T型钢板内固定;随访比较不同治疗方法的疗效.结果 所有病例均得到随访,平均12个月,骨折全都愈合,按Anderson功能评价标准进行...

| Abstract: | Objective To determine the clinical effect of the aged with Distal Radial Fractures through analysis of different treatment Methods.Methods Sixty-eight patients were treated with manual reduction plaster immobilization or external fixation brace,20 with external fixator combined with closed reduction,and 14 with T-plate internal fixation.Results Averaged follow-up was 12 months.According to the Anderson criteria,the excellent rate of functional outcome was 90% for external fixator,77.9% for plaster immobilization or external fixation brace and 78.6% for T-plate internal fixation.Conclusion In treatment of the aged with Distal Radial Fractures,external fixator combined with closed reduction can produce more satisfactory effects than the others. |
