醋甲唑胺添加治疗成人难治性癫部分性发作研究

目的探讨醋甲唑胺添加治疗成人难治性癫部分性发作的疗效及耐受性。方法采用自身对照方法,对63例难治性癫患者在原抗癫药的基础上添加醋甲唑胺(25 mg,3次/d)治疗。12周后评价其疗效及耐受性。结果 63例难治性癫患者,完成观察62例,其中复杂部分性发作患者失访1例,显效15例(24.2%),有效3例(21.0%),无效31例(50.0%),加重3例(4.84%),总显效率24.2%,总有效率45.2%。其中单纯部分性发作总有效率73.3%,明显高于其他两种类型,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),所有病例均无严重不良反应及肾结石发生。结论醋甲唑胺添加治疗成人难治性癫部分性发作有一定疗效且以单纯部分性发作效果最佳,耐受性好,价格便宜,值得临床推广应用。

Research on added methazolamide in the treatment of adult intractable epilepsy

Objective To investigate the effects and tolerance of added methazolamide in the treatment of adult intractable epilepsy.Methods Own control methods was adopted,63 patients with intractable epilepsy received routine therapy combined with methazolamide(25 mg,tid) for twelve weeks.The curative effect and tolerance was observed and estimated.Results Among the 63 cases of intractable epilepsy patients,62 cases were observed and estimated and 1 case complex partial seizures was lose to visit.Fifteen cases(24.2%) were completely response,13 cases(21.0%) were partly response,31 cases(50.0%) had no response,while 3 cases were progressive disease.The total completely response rate was 24.2%,and the total partly response rate was 45.2%.The total partly response rate of SPS was significantly higher than that in the other two types(73.3% vs 36.4% vs 36%)(P=0.04).There were no seriously side-effects and kidney stone in all of the patients.Conclusion The administration of added methazolamide in the treatment of adult intractable epilepsy in combination with routine treatment can be very effective,especially in the SPS.It is worth extending application in clinic for its good tolerance and low cost.
