天智颗粒对血管性痴呆患者认知、生活能力的疗效观察

目的观察天智颗粒对血管性痴呆(vascular dementia,VD)患者认知、生活能力的疗效。方法实验组78例VD患者用天智颗粒治疗,对照组60例VD患者用氟桂利嗪胶囊治疗,疗程为60 d。在疗程的第1、30、60天分别采用简易精神状态检查表(MMSE)及日常生活能力量表(ADL)进行认知、生活能力的评定。结果实验组中的轻、中度患者的总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05),而在重症患者2组无明显差异;2组在疗程的第30天、第60天的MMSE评分高于、ADL评分低于疗程的第1天,且实验组评分优于对照组(P<0.05);2组在疗程的第30天、第60天的MMSE、ADL评分前后比较无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论天智颗粒可以改善轻中度VD患者的认知、生活能力,从而提高患者的生存质量。

Effect of Tianzhi granule in the treatment of vascular dementia patients' cognition and viability

Objective To observe the effectiveness of Tianzhi granule in the treatment of vascular dementia(VD) patients’cognition and viability.Methods Experimental group of 78 cases were treated with the Tianzhi granule,control group of 60 cases were treated with flunarizine capsule.Treatment course was sixty days.Mini-Mental State Examination(MMSE) and activities of daily living(ADL) were used to assess vascular dementia patients’cognition and viability in the first,thirtieth,sixtieth day course of treatment.Results Total effective rate of mild and moderate patients in experimental group was higher than that in observation group(P<0.05),while in critically ill patients were not significant in both groups;In two groups,MMSE score higher,ADL score in the thirtieth,sixtieth day lower than the first day of the treatment,and the situation of improvement in experimental group was better than that in control group(P<0.05);but MMSE score and ADL score were not significantly different in the thirtieth,sixtieth day of treatment course(P>0.05).Conclusion Tianzhi granule can improve the cognition and viability of patients who suffering with mild to moderate VD,and promote the life quality.
