胃十二指肠溃疡大出血的外科手术疗效

目的观察外科手术治疗胃十二指肠溃疡大出血的临床疗效。方法根据58例胃十二指肠溃疡大出血患者的临床表现及身体状况选择适宜的时机行急诊手术或择期手术治疗。结果本组58例患者中行急诊胃大部切除术治疗者37例,行择期胃大部切除术者21例。术后57例患者痊愈出院,痊愈率达98.28%;死亡1例,占1.72%。有3出例患者术后出现了并发症,并发症发生率5.26%。结论对于胃十二指肠溃疡大出血患者在手术治疗时应严格把握手术适应证,并选择适宜的手术时机和手术方式进行治疗能迅速止血,提高其痊愈率。

Surgical treatment effect of massive hemorrhage of gastroduodenal ulcer

Objective Surgical treatment of gastric ulcer observed clinical effect of massive hemorrhage.Methods According to 58 eases of gastric ulcer bleeding in patients with clinical manifestations and physical conditions to choose the appropriate time line of emergency surgery or elective surgery.Results The Bank of China,58 patients emergency treatment of partial gastrectomy in 37 patients undergoing elective gastrectomy in 21 eases.57 patients were discharged after surgery,recovery rate of 98.28%;1 case of death,accounting for 1.74%.There are three cases of patients had complications of postoperation,complication rate was 5.26%.Conclusion For gastric ulcer bleeding in the surgical treatment of patients with surgical indications should be strictly kept,and select the appropriate timing of surgery and surgical treatment can rapidly stop bleeding,improve the cure rate.
