Application and research of network communication platform in continuing education of laboratory medicine

With the popularization of the network platform and the promotion of online teaching software, its application in the continuing education of laboratory medicine is discussed. The application of network communication platform has achieved excellent results in personnel management, attendance statistics, professional theory and skills training, application of Presentation-Assimilation-Discussion(PAD), three-base training assessment and biosafety quality system training. It effectively enhances the communication between "teaching" and "learning", improves the timeliness of teaching, also enhances the learning interest and subjective initiative of participants. The teaching tool based on the network communication platform is a useful supplement to the traditional continuing education mode of laboratory medicine specialty.
