慢性胃炎湿热证形成及中药治疗机制研究进展＊

慢性胃炎在中国的发病率较高,中医药治疗该病具有较好的疗效。中医辨证施治发现,湿热证是慢性胃炎的常见证型之一,其发生、发展的演变规律及分子生物学机制已成为现阶段的研究重点。近年来,慢性胃炎湿热证研究主要从该病证的形成机制和治疗机制两方面进行探讨。本文分别从这两方面,以慢性浅表性胃炎和慢性萎缩性胃炎的相关研究为主,对近10余年的研究现状进行概述,指出了目前研究的不足,并提出了未来开展慢性胃炎湿热证形成及中药治疗机制研究的方向和策略。

Review of Research on the Mechanisms of Development and Traditional Chinese Medicine Treatment of Chronic Gastritis with the Damp-Heat Syndrome

Traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) has a good curative effect in treating chronic gastritis, which has a relatively high incidence rate in China. According to TCM syndrome differentiation, the damp-heat syndrome is one of the most common types of chronic gastritis. The progression and molecular biology mechanisms of chronic gastritis with the damp-heat syndrome have become the research focus. Studies on chronic gastritis with the damp-heat syndrome have mainly focused on the development and treatment mechanisms in recent years. From these two aspects, we mainly looked at the research of chronic superficial gastritis and chronic atrophic gastritis, summarized the research status in the past ten years, pointed out the shortcomings of current studies, and put forward the direction and strategy for future research on the development of chronic gastritis with the damp-heat syndrome and the TCM treatment mechanisms.
