摘    要:超声微血管成像技术包括超微血管成像技术、平面波超敏感血流显像技术及超微细血流成像技术,可较真实地反映甲状腺结节的血供情况,有助于鉴别其良恶性.本文就超声微血管成像技术鉴别甲状腺良恶性结节的应用进展进行综述.

Abstract:Microvascular ultrasonographic imaging is a kind of new ultrasonic blood flow imaging technologies, including superb micro-vascular imaging, planewave ultrasensitive imaging (Angio PL.U.S) and microvascular imaging, which can display micro vessels and low-velocity blood flow signals. Microvascular ultrasonographic imaging can rather accurately reflect the blood supply of thyroid nodules, therefore benefiting the differentiation of benign and malignant ones. The application progresses of microvascular ultrasonographic imaging in differential diagnosis of benign and malignant thyroid nodules were reviewed in this article.
