| 摘 要： | 萆薢是利湿祛浊的常用药,以萆薢分清饮为世人所熟知,张伯礼教授习用萆薢治疗湿浊内蕴的冠心病、血管性痴呆等病证。萆薢临床功效纷繁但可用“化阴伸阳”一言以蔽之,依据古今中医药文献并结合张伯礼教授临证用药经验分析阐述萆薢“化阴伸阳”的功效内涵及应用方法。

| Abstract: | Bixie (Rhizoma Dioscoreae Tokoro) is a commonly used herb for removing dampness and turbidity,which is well known in the world for its role in Bixie Fenqing formula. Professor ZHANG Boli prefers to use Bixie against coronary atherosclerotic cardiopathy and vascular dementia with syndrome of inner dampness and turbidity. The clinical efficacy of Bixie is complex and various,but it can be concluded as "transforming yin and extending yang". Based on the ancient and modern literature of traditional Chinese medicine,we try to expound the efficacy connotation and application method of the function "transforming yin and extending yang" of Bixie combined with Professor ZHANG''s clinical experience. |
