| 摘 要： | 二陈汤起源于宋代,其组方严谨,配伍精良,是治疗痰湿证的基础方,可广泛应用于各类疾病,尤其对呼吸系统疾病有着显著改善作用。但近年来研究发现,二陈汤对肥胖、糖尿病、非酒精性脂肪肝、高脂血症、动脉粥样硬化、代谢综合征等代谢性疾病亦有一定疗效,并在临床中得到广泛应用,痰湿是这类疾病的共同重要病机。故该文对近年来文献中关于二陈汤及其加减方作用于代谢性疾病的干预机制研究作一综述,以期为今后进一步探究“痰湿”在代谢性疾病发生发展中的地位及二陈汤干预治疗靶点提供依据,为继续深入挖掘中医经典名方、扩大二陈汤临床应用提供思路。
