临床路径护理对急性心肌梗死病人心脏康复疗程的影响

目的 探讨临床路径护理对急性心肌梗死病人心脏康复疗程的影响。方法 选取2017年9月-2019年8月入我院接受治疗的急性心肌梗死患者120例,应用双色球法分组为对照组与研究组。对照组常规护理,研究组临床路径护理。两组患者均出院后推荐参加为期2个月的心脏康复疗程。对比不同护理方法对患者心脏康复疗程的影响、两组患者临床指标状况、两组护理满意度及两组心功能指标水平。结果 对照组心脏康复疗程结果好于对照组(P＜0.05)；研究组患者出院2个月并发症的发生率比对照组低,住院时间及住院费更少(P＜0.05)；研究组护理满意度总评分比对照组高(P＜0.05)；研究组LVESD、LVEDD 水平均低于对照组, LVEF水平高于对照组(P＜0.05)。结论 将临床路径护理应用于急性心肌梗死患者的临床治疗中,可规范患者的心脏康复疗程,降低并发症的发生率,提升患者的护理满意度,同时还利于患者心功能指标水平的恢复,值得推广。

Effect of clinical pathway nursing on the course of cardiac rehabilitation in patients with acute myocardial infarction

Objective To explore the effect of clinical pathway nursing on the course of cardiac rehabilitation in patients with acute myocardial infarction.
