Effects of Xuebijing Injection combined with octreotide on pancreatic blood perfusion and hemodynamics in patients with severe acute pancreatitis

[Objective] To investigate the effect of Xuebijing Injection combined with octreotide on pancreatic blood perfusion and hemodynamics in patients with severe acute pancreatitis.[Methods] Patients with severe acute pancreatitis (100 cases) admitted to our hospital from February 2016 to October 2019 were selected and randomly divided into two groups according to computer-generated number table method to research randomized controlled single blind,with 50 cases of patients in each group. Patients in the control group were treated with octreotide and physiological saline,and the observation group was given octreotide and Xuebijing Injection,all treated 7 days. The clinical efficacy,related efficacy indicators,changes in pancreatic blood perfusion,and hemodynamic parameters were compared between two groups.[Results] In the comparison of the time when the blood amylase returned to the normal value (6.25±2.13) d,the time when the abdominal pain disappeared (4.03±1.21) d,and the time of the gastrointestinal decompression (5.13±2.15) d,the time used by the observation group was relatively short (P<0.05). The pancreatic blood perfusion index of the patients in the observation group were better than that in the control group including blood flow (BF),(3.46±0.60) mL·min/g,blood volume (BV),(0.30±0.06) mL/g,mean transit time (MTT),(7.85±1.24) s,Permeability Surface area product(PS),(0.30±0.04) mL·min/g (P<0.05). MAP,CVP,HR were significantly improved after treated 5 days,7 days,and the improvement was more obvious with the prolongation of treatment time. The observation group was significantly better than the control group (P<0.05).[Conclusion] In the treatment of patients with severe acute pancreatitis,the combination of Xuebijing and octreotide has a good clinical effect,which is beneficial to patients. Prognosis is worthy of clinical promotion.
