复方血栓通滴丸对血淤大鼠血液流变学及小鼠凝血时间的影响

摘    要: 目的 研究复方血栓通滴丸对动物血液流变学和凝血时间的影响。方法 用急性血淤模型大鼠进行血液流变学的实验和用毛细血管法测定小鼠的凝血时间。结果 ①大鼠经皮下注射肾上腺素和冰水冷浴后,其不同切变率全血黏度及血浆黏度均增高。②急性血淤模型大鼠服用复方血栓通滴丸,可降低模型大鼠不同切变率(1 s-1,5 s-1,30 s-1,150 s-1)下的全血黏度和全血还原黏度。③急性血淤模型大鼠服用复方血栓通滴丸,对模型大鼠血小板最大聚集百分率有一定的抑制作用。④复方血栓通滴丸各剂量组都能显著延长小鼠凝血时间。结论 复方血栓通滴丸具有降低血液黏度、抑制血小板的聚集和延长凝血时间,从而达到改善微循环、防止血栓形成和保护心脑等重要器官的作用。

Abstract:OBJECTIVE To explore the effects of complex Xueshuantong dripping-pill on hemorrheology in blood stasis rats and clotting-time of mice respectively. METHODS Acute ischemic model of rats was used to carry out the hemorrheological tests and the capillary method was used to determine the clotting-time of mice. RESULTS (1)After the rats were subcutaneously injected adrenaline and treated with ice-water bath, the whole blood-viscosity under different shear stress and plasmatic viscosity were all increased. (2)After administration of compound Xueshuantong dripping-pill, the whole blood-viscosity and the whole blood reduced-viscosity were decreased under different shear stress (1 s-1,5s-1,30s-1,150s-1). (3)The maximum percentage of platelet aggregation was significantly inhibited after treatment with compound Xueshuantong dripping-pill. (4)The clotting-time of mice was elongated in all groups treated with compound Xueshuantong dripping-pill. CONCLUSION The compound Xueshuantong dripping-pill can decrease blood viscosity and inhibit platelet aggregation. Therefore, it can improve microcirculation, prevent thrombosis and protect some important organs, such as heart, brain and so on.
