| 摘 要： | 目的:观察舒降之对2型糖尿病高脂血症的治疗效果。方法:给予患者舒降之5mg,每晚1次,口服1个月。结果:治疗后患者的血清总胆固醇、甘油三酯、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇比治疗前分别降低了24％、10％和28％,高密度脂蛋白胆固醇比治疗前升高了5％。结论:舒降之用于2型糖尿病高脂血症患者,可使其血脂降至正常范围,对防止大血管并发症十分有利。

| Abstract: | AIM :To investigate the efficacy of simvastatin in the treatment of hyperlipidemia in patients with diabetes melli-tus. METHOD: 5mg of simvastatin was given to each patient orally once per night for a mouth. RESULT;Serum total cholesterol. triglyceride and low density lipoprotein-cholesterd were decreased 24%,10% and 28% respectively after treatment as compared with pretreatment values. CONCLUSION: The treatment of hyperlipidemia in patients with diabetes mellitus with simvastatin makes serum lipid decrease to normal ranges. It is beneficial to patients by preventing complications in large blood vessels. |
