专项护理结合多方位心理干预在产前静脉留置针中的应用

目的分析专项护理结合多方位心理干预在产前静脉留置针中的应用效果。方法选取该院妇产科2015年1月至2017年7月收治的妊高征孕妇80例,按平衡随机方式分为观察组和对照组各40例。两组均于产前埋置静脉留置针,对照组按常规临床路径进行护理,观察组给予静脉留置针专项护理结合多方位心理干预。对比两组孕妇心理应激状态、产前情绪、满意度及分娩结局。结果干预后,观察组状态性焦虑值、特质性焦虑值、负性情绪分值均低于对照组,正性情绪分值高于对照组,满意度优于对照组,且剖宫产、胎儿窘迫发生率、重新置管率显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论针对产前埋置静脉留置针孕妇,给予静脉留置针专项护理结合多方位心理干预可有效改善孕妇产前情绪,提升满意度。

Application of special nursing combined with multidirectional psychological intervention in prenatal intravenous indwelling needle

Objective To analyze the application effect of special nursing combined with multidirectional psychological intervention in prenatal intravenous indwelling needle.Methods A total of 80 cases of maternal patients with pregnancy-induced hypertension in department of obstetrics and gynecology of this hospital from January 2015 to July 2017 were selected.According to the equilibrium random mode,they were divided into the observation group and the control group,40 cases of each group.The two groups were embedded prenatally venous indwelling needle.The control group was given the routine clinical path for nursing,while the observation group was given intravenous indwelling needle special nursing combined with multi-dimensional psychological intervention.The psychological stress status,prenatal mood,satisfaction degree and the delivery outcomes were compared between the two groups.Results After intervention,the state anxiety,trait anxiety and negative emotion scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the positive emotion score was higher than that in the control group,the degree of satisfaction was better than that in the control group,the incidence rates of cesarean section and fetal distress and the rate of re-catheterization were significantly lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions For pregnant women with buried intravenous indwelling needles,special nursing combined with multi-dimensional psychological intervention can effectively improve their prenatal mood and improve their satisfaction.
