基于大数据下的精益管理对医用高值耗材运营效率的影响

目的:探讨基于大数据下精益管理对医用高值耗材运营效率的影响。方法:2015年启动高值耗材供应链管理改革,以科学化和信息化为平台,实施基于大数据下的精益管理,从高值耗材采购与二次遴选和高值耗材入出库及实时监管,设计高值耗材精益管理流程;从高值耗材的出入库、物资管理、二级库管理以及信息化管理等方面促进医用高值耗材的出入库管理和全程监控。比较精益管理前后排在消耗前列的10种高值耗材平均库存量和周转周期变化。结果:精益管理后,10种高值耗材的平均库存量显著下降,降幅为68.12%~84.62%;10种高值耗材的平均周转周期显著下降,降幅为69.84%~25.25%。结论:基于大数据下的精益管理可实现高值耗材管理的规范化、信息化、智能化和精益化,减少高值耗材的库存量,缩短周转周期,提高运营效率。

The influence of lean management on the basis of big data on the operation efficiency of medical consumables with high value

Objective:To explore the influence of lean management based on big data on the operation efficiency of medical consumables with high value.Methods:In 2015,the reform of supply chain management of consumables with high value was initiated,and lean management based on big data was implemented.The lean management process of consumables with high value was designed from four aspects(procurement and twice selection of consumables with high value,entering warehouse and out from warehouse of consumables,and real-time supervision).And the management of entering warehouse and out from warehouse and a whole-process monitor of medical consumables with high value were promoted from four aspects(out from warehouse and entering warehouse,materials management,the second grade warehouse management and informatization management).The average inventory level and the change of turnover period of 10 kinds of consumables with high value which were forefront of consumables between pre and post lean management were compared.Results:After lean management was implemented,the average inventories of 10 kinds of consumables with high value were decreased significantly,and their decrease range was between 68.12%and 84.62%.And the average turnover periods of them were decreased significantly,and their decrease range was between 69.84%and 25.25%.Conclusion:The lean management based on big data can realize standardization,informatization,intelligence and lean management for consumables with high value.And it can reduce the inventory of consumables with high value,and shorten the turnover period and improve the operation efficiency.
