无创正压通气治疗AECOPD并Ⅱ型呼吸衰竭的临床观察与护理

目的探讨无创正压通气对AECOPD并Ⅱ型呼吸衰竭的治疗效果及护理方法。方法102例AECOPD并Ⅱ型呼吸衰竭患者随机分成观察组及对照组,对照组仅行常规药物治疗及一般护理,观察组在常规药物治疗的基础上加用无创正压通气治疗并给予通气护理。比较治疗开始2h、24h、48h两组同期血气指标、血压、呼吸频率、心率的变化。结果观察组患者血气分析及临床指标的改善显著优于对照组（P均〈0.05）。结论无创正压通气对AECOPD并Ⅱ型呼吸衰竭患者疗效显著。

Clinical effect and nursing methods on noninvasive positive ventilation in treatment of a cute exacerbation of COPD accompanied with respiratory failure

Objective To evaluate the clinical effect and nursing methods on noninvasive positive pressure ventilation （NIPPV）in treatment of a cute exacerbation of COPD accompanied with respiratory failure. Me,otis 102 patients with respiratory failure were randomly divided into control and observation groups, which received conventional medical therapy and conventionalmedical therapy plus NIPPV, respectively. The blood gas analysis index, blood pressure, breath rate etc were compared between the two groups at 2 h, 24 h and 48 h after the treatment. Results Compared with the control group, the blood gas analysis index, blood pressure, breath rate and heart rate significantly improved in the observation group （ p 〈 0.05）. Conclusion NIPPV is a worthy treatment choice for COPD with respiratory failure.
