| Abstract: | It is an objective requirement for constructing professional health administrative work force in health reform and development. This paper discusses the significance of constructing professional health administrative workforce, introduces the research content, methods of the task group undertaking the research of the Basic Means and Policy Measures in Constructing Professional Health Administration. It also talks about the basic means and policy measures in constructing professional health administrative workforce. |
