| 摘 要： | 自角膜接触镜（CL）问世以来，各种CL，包括长戴型角膜接触镜（EWCL）：普通型、勤换型与抛弃型软性接触镜（SCL），以及透气性硬镜（RGP）与硅胶CL都会引起不同程度的并发症。长戴并发症包括接触镜相关性感染性角膜炎（CIAMK）及干眼症发病率明显高于日戴。就近年来关于长期配戴（〉5年）对泪膜、结膜微生物丛及结膜表面细胞学等方面的影响研究进展进行了综述。

| Abstract: | Since the advent of CL, any kinds of CL, such as EWCL, SCL, RGP and so on, bring some complications. And the incidence of CLAMK and xerophthalmia of the people with CL in a long term is higher than the people with CL in a short term. Then this thesis overviews the research progress in eye surface effects of CL. |
