全程护理干预对行腹腔镜疝修补术的腹股沟疝患者应用效果

目的探讨全程护理干预对行腹腔镜疝修补术的腹股沟疝患者应用效果。 方法选择2018年3月至2020年5月于吉林大学中日联谊医院接受腹腔镜下疝修补术的腹股沟疝患者80例，按照护理方式不同分为2组，每组患者40例。传统组采用传统护理模式干预，全程组采用全程护理模式干预。并对2组患者的焦虑程度、生活水平以及护理满意度进行比较分析。 结果全程组术前及麻醉前的焦虑量表评分均显著低于传统组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）；术前，2组患者的生活水平各维度评分比较，差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）；术后，全程组躯体健康、心理健康、社会功能、情感状况及精力五个维度得分均显著优于传统组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）；全程组护理满意度显著高于传统组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。 结论全程护理干预可有效缓解腹股沟疝患者的焦虑情绪，提高患者的术后生活质量，并且能显著提升患者的护理满意度，值得临床推广应用。

Application effect of whole-course nursing intervention on inguinal hernia patients undergoing laparoscopic hernia repair

ObjectiveTo explore the effect of whole-course nursing intervention on patients with inguinal hernia who underwent laparoscopic hernia repair. MethodsA total of 80 patients with inguinal hernia who received laparoscopic hernia repair in China-Japan Friendship Hospital of Jilin University from March 2018 to May 2020 were selected and divided into 2 groups according to different nursing methods, with 40 patients in each group. The traditional group was intervened by the traditional nursing mode, and the whole group was intervened by the whole nursing mode. The anxiety level, living standard and nursing satisfaction of the two groups of patients were compared and analyzed. ResultsThe anxiety scale scores of the whole group before operation and before anesthesia were significantly lower than those of the traditional group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Significant (P>0.05); after operation, the scores of five dimensions of physical health, mental health, social function, emotional status and energy in the whole group were significantly better than those in the traditional group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05); the whole group nursing The satisfaction was significantly higher than that of the traditional group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). ConclusionThe whole nursing intervention can effectively relieve the anxiety of patients with inguinal hernia, improve the quality of life of patients after operation, and can significantly improve the nursing satisfaction of patients, which is worthy of clinical application.
