Abstract:ObjectiveTo discuss the impact of visual feedback balance training combined with functional electrical stimulation treatment on balance function and lower limb function in hemiplegia patients after stroke. MethodsEighty-eight patients with post stroke hemiplegia admitted by the Rehabilitation Department of Xuzhou First People's Hospital from March 2020 to March 2021 were selected as the research objects, and were divided into the observation group (44 cases) and the control group (44 cases) according to the random number table method. The patients in the control group were given routine rehabilitation training and functional electrical stimulation, and the patients in the observation group were given visual feedback balance training on this basis. The balance function, lower limb function and satisfaction of the two groups were compared before and after treatment. ResultsBefore treatment, there was no significant difference in balance function and lower limb function between the two groups (P>0.05). After treatment, the balance function and lower limb function of the two groups were significantly improved compared with those before treatment, but the observation group was significantly better than the control group, with a statistically significant difference (P<0.05). The overall satisfaction of patients in the observation group (95.45%) was higher than that in the control group (81.82%), with a statistically significant difference (P<0.05). ConclusionVisual feedback balance training combined with functional electrical stimulation treatment can improve the balance function and lower limb function of hemiplegic patients after stroke, and help to improve their physical quality and quality of life.
