盐酸奥洛他定滴眼液联合IPL治疗过敏性结膜炎临床疗效观察

摘    要:目的 观察盐酸奥洛他定滴眼液联合眶周强脉冲光(IPL)治疗过敏性结膜炎(AC)是否具有较好的临床疗效。方法 选取2020年6月—2021年6月我院门诊收治的40例过敏性结膜炎患者的40只眼(双眼患病选取临床症状较重的一侧眼),采用随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组各20例。对照组患者单纯使用盐酸奥洛他定滴眼液治疗,观察组在此基础上接受三次眶周强脉冲光治疗,每次间隔2周。比较2组患者治疗前、治疗2周、4周、6周后眼部症状评分、眼部体征评分、基础泪液分泌试验(SIt)、泪膜破裂时间(BUT)、治疗后总有效率。结果 2组患者治疗6周后,观察组眼部主要症状评分(0.50±0.68)低于对照组(1.20±0.69),差异有统计学意义(t=3.199,P=0.003);眼部主要体征评分(0.20±0.41)低于对照组(0.65±0.58),差异有统计学意义(t=2.809,P=0.006);基础泪液分泌(11.80±1.67)mm高于对照组(9.00±1.52)mm,差异有统计学意义(t=5.536,P<0.001);泪膜破裂时间(11.65±1.84)s长于对照组(9.50±1.31)s,差异有统计学意义(t=4.243,P<0.001);治疗后总有效率观察组较对照组更高,差异有统计学意义(χ2=6.144,P=0.130)。结论 盐酸奥洛他定滴眼液联合眶周强脉冲光(IPL)治疗过敏性结膜炎能明显改善患者眼部症状及体征,提高泪膜稳定性,预防患者干眼症的发生。

Clinical effect of olopatadine hydrochloride eye drops combined with IPL on allergic conjunctivitis

Abstract:Objective To observe the clinical effect of olopatadine hydrochloride eye drops combined with periorbital intense pulsed light (IPL) in the treatment of allergic conjunctivitis (AC). Methods A total of 40 patients with AC were selected from the outpatient department of our hospital from June 2020 to June 2021. 40 eyes (the side with severe clinical symptoms was selected for the disease of both eyes) were randomly divided into an observation group and a control group, with 20 cases in each group. The patients in the control group were treated with olopatadine hydrochloride eye drops alone, and the observation group received three periorbital IPL treatments on the basis of the control group, with an interval of 2 weeks each time. The scores of eye symptoms, eye signs, Schirmer I test (SIt), tear film break up time (BUT), and total effective rate after treatment were compared between the two groups before treatment, 2 weeks, 4 weeks, and 6 weeks after treatment. Results After 6 weeks of treatment, the average score of main ocular symptoms in the observation group (0.50±0.68) was lower than that in the control group (1.20±0.69), and the difference was statistically significant (t=3.199, P=0.003); the average score of main signs of the eye in the observation group (0.20±0.41) was lower than that in the control group (0.65±0.58), and the difference was statistically significant (t=2.809, P=0.006); the average SIt in the observation group (11.80±1.67) was significantly higher than that in the control group (9.00±1.52) (t=-5.536, P<0.001); the average tear film BUT in the observation group (11.65±1.84) was longer than that in the control group (9.50±1.31), and the difference was statistically significant (t=-4.243, P<0.001). After treatment, the total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (χ2=6.144, P=0.130). Conclusion Olopatadine hydrochloride eye drops combined with periorbital IPL in the treatment of AC can significantly improve the symptoms and signs of patients, improve the stability of tear film, and prevent the occurrence of dry eye.
