女大学生营养素补充剂知识和行为的特点

摘    要:目的 了解女大学生营养素补充剂使用知行的特点。方法 随机整群抽取南京市三所高校的2 121名学生(女生1 339名,男生782名)进行匿名调查,了解其营养素补充剂的知识知晓和使用行为状况,并将女生的状况与男生进行比较,以寻找女生知行的特点。结果 女生营养素补充剂相关知识来源于网络(59.07% vs 51.28%,χ2=12.187,P<0.01)、使用营养素补充剂(42.05% vs 37.08%,χ2=5.055,P=0.025)的比例高于男生,对相关知识总体了解(64.41% vs 63.66%,χ2=1.457,P=0.227)略高于男生,但对使用时机的认识(13.22% vs 17.65%,χ2=7.655,P=0.006)低于男生;其受他人嘱托后使用(47.25% vs 38.62%,χ2=13.378,P=0.004)、使用维生素(63.23% vs 47.59%,χ2=19.225,P<0.01)、且在果蔬摄入不足时使用(52.40% vs 44.14%,χ2=5.224,P=0.022)比例高于男生,而在用餐不足时使用(12.61% vs 20.00%,χ2=8.141,P=0.004)的比例低于男生。结论 与男生相比,女生虽对营养素补充剂知识了解较多,但盲目使用情况较多。

Abstract:Objective To understand the characteristics of knowledge and behavior of nutritional supplements used by female college students. Methods A total of 2 121 students were recruited among 3 universities in Nanjing City by the random clustering method (1 339 females and 782 males). Their status was anonymously investigated with the questionnaire for the knowledge and behavior of nutritional supplement use. The status of the females was compared with that of the males so as to find the characteristics for the females. Results The rate of the female students' knowledge of nutrient supplements came from the Internet was higher than that of the boys (59.07% vs. 51.28%, χ2=12.187, P<0.01), and the proportion of using nutrient supplements of the girls was higher than that of the boys (42.05% vs. 37.08%, χ2=5.055, P=0.025), and the rate of the overall understanding of relevant knowledge of the girls was slightly higher than that of the boys (64.41% vs. 63.66%, χ2=1.457, P=0.227), but the rate of understanding of use timing of the girls was lower than that of the boys (13.22% vs. 17.65%, χ2=7.655, P=0.006). The proportion of the girls using the nutrient supplements after being entrusted by others was higher than that of the boys (47.25% vs. 38.62%, χ2=13.378, P=0.004), the proportion of using the nutrient supplements while using vitamins of the girls was higher than that of the boys (63.23% vs. 47.59%, χ2=19.225, P<0.01), and the proportion of using nutrient supplements when the intake of fruits and vegetables was insufficient of the girls was higher than that of the boys (52.40% vs. 44.14%, χ2=5.224, P=0.022), while the proportion of using nutrient supplements in case of insufficient meals of the girls was lower than that of the boys (12.61% vs. 20.00%, χ2=8.141, P=0.004). Conclusion The urban residents has tolerableness attitude on DUI in Huaian City. Compared with boys, girls know more about nutrient supplements, but they use them blindly.
