仿生物电刺激联合核心运动训练对产后腹直肌分离的疗效观察

摘    要:目的 观察仿生物电刺激联合核心运动训练对产后腹直肌分离患者超声下腹直肌间距的影响观察。方法 选取2019年8月—2020年11月本院住院治疗产后腹直肌分离患者90例,按随机表法分为联合组及常规组,每组45例,常规组给予常规术后治疗及核心运动训练,联合组在常规组基础上加用仿生物电刺激,观察两组患者腹直肌分离距离、腹围及疗效。结果 治疗前联合组脐上围、脐围、脐下围分别为(85.74±4.86)、(87.81±5.72)、(92.68±5.62)cm,与常规组的(85.33±4.21)、(87.44±5.09)、( 92.14±5.82)cm比较,两组之间差异无统计学意义(P值均>0.05),治疗后联合组脐上围、脐围、脐下围分别为(81.82±3.81)、(79.91±4.67)、(84.62±5.07)cm,均短于常规组的(83.92±3.97)、(85.83±5.01)、(90.14±5.21)cm,(t=2.560、14.613、5.094,P值均<0.05);联合组总有效率为95.56%,高于常规组的82.22%,(χ2=4.050,P=0.044);产后4周联合组腹直肌距离为(3.66±0.18)cm,短于常规组的(4.14±0.14)cm,(t=14.120,P<0.001),产后6周联合组腹直肌距离为(3.10±0.28)cm,短于常规组的(3.47±0.21)cm,(t=7.092,P<0.001)。结论 仿生物电刺激联合核心运动训练可有效缩短腹直肌间距,减轻产妇腰背部负担,促进肌肉力量的恢复。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the effect of biomimetic electrical stimulation combined with core exercise training on the distance between rectus abdominis muscles under ultrasound in postpartum patients with rectus abdominis separation. Methods A total of 90 patients with postpartum rectus abdominis separation hospitalized in our hospital from August 2019 to November 2020 were randomly divided into a combined group and a routine group, with 45 cases in each group. The routine group was given the routine postoperative treatment and core exercise training. The combined group was added with biomimetic electrical stimulation on the basis of the routine group. The separation distance, abdominal circumference and curative effect of rectus abdominis in the two groups were observed and compared. Results Before the treatment, the average upper umbilical circumference, umbilical circumference, and the lower umbilical circumference were (85.74±4.86) cm, (87.81±5.72) cm, and (92.68±5.62) cm respectively in the combined group. Compared with (85.33±4.21) cm, (87.44±5.09) cm, and (92.14±5.82) cm in the routine group, there was no significant difference between the two groups (all P>0.05). After the treatment, the average upper umbilical circumference, umbilical circumference, and lower umbilical circumference in the combined group were (81.82±3.81) cm, (79.91±4.67) cm, and (84.62±5.07) cm respectively, shorter than (83.92±3.97), (85.83±5.01), and (90.14±5.21) cm in the routine group (t=2.560, 14.613, 5.094, all P<0.05). The total effective rate in the combined group was 95.56%, higher than 82.22% in the routine group (χ2=4.050, P=0.044). The distance between rectus abdominis muscles in the combined group was (3.66±0.18) cm, shorter than (4.14±0.14) cm in the routine group at 4 weeks postpartum, (t=14.120, P<0.001); the distance between rectus abdominis muscles in the combined group was (3.10±0.28) cm at 6 weeks postpartum, which was shorter than that in the routine group: (3.47±0.21) cm (t=7.092, P<0.001). Conclusion Biomimetic electrical stimulation combined with core exercise training can effectively shorten the distance between rectus abdominis muscles, reduce the burden on the waist and back of pregnant women, and promote the recovery of muscle strength.
