基于“雨课堂”的混合式教学模式在医学检验技术实习教学中的初步探索

摘    要:目的探讨基于“雨课堂”的混合式教学模式在医学检验技术实习教学中的应用。 方法选取2018级79名在广州中医药大学第二临床医学院检验科实习的本科学生,随机分为对照组(39名)和观察组(40名),以理论技能考试成绩作为效果评价指标,同时调查观察组学生对实习带教方式的满意度,比较基于“雨课堂”的混合式教学模式和传统教学模式在医学检验技术实习教学中的应用效果。 结果观察组学生的技能操作考核和病例分析考核成绩均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);基于“雨课堂”的混合式教学模式对实习有帮助(87.5%~100%),能提高实习生学习的积极性和主动性。 结论基于“雨课堂”的混合式教学模式在医学检验技术实习教学中的应用,可提高临床教学质量水平,培养出具有丰富理论知识和临床思维的熟练操作技能应用型人才。

Preliminary exploration of blended teaching mode based on "rain classroom" in medical laboratory technology practice teaching

Abstract:ObjectiveTo explore the application of blended teaching mode based on "rain classroom" in medical laboratory technology practice teaching. Methods79 undergraduate students of grade 2018 who were interned in the laboratory department of our hospital were randomly divided into control group (39) and observation group (40). The results of theoretical skill test were used as the effect evaluation index. Meanwhile, the satisfaction of the observation group students with the practice teaching methods was investigated, and. the application effects of the blended teaching mode based on "rain classroom" and the traditional teaching mode in the practice teaching of medical laboratory technology were compared. ResultsThe scores of skill operation examination and case analysis examination of the students in the observation group were better than those in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05); The mixed teaching mode based on "rain classroom" is helpful to the practice (87.5%~100%), and can improve the interns' learning enthusiasm and initiative. ConclusionsThe application of blended teaching mode based on "rain classroom" in medical laboratory technology practice teaching can improve the quality of clinical teaching and cultivate skilled application-oriented talents with rich theoretical knowledge and clinical thinking.
