广州市某城乡接合部地区初中生自伤行为的现状分析

摘    要:目的 探索城乡接合部地区初中生自伤行为的特点及其影响因素。方法 采用青少年自伤行为量表对2 178名城乡接合部地区初中生进行问卷调查。结果 城乡接合部地区初中生自伤行为检出率为19.37%(442名),女生(22.87%)高于男生(16.02%),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=16.31,P<0.001);不同年级、学业成绩、朋友个数、父母婚姻状况以及家庭收入之间自伤行为检出率差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)值分别为19.99,24.57,22.43,28.70,11.03,P值均<0.001);多元logistic回归分析显示,初二年级(OR=1.49)、女生(OR=1.60)、没有朋友(OR=2.61)、学业成绩较差(OR=1.89)、父母离异(OR=2.20)、父母再婚(OR=1.59)是初中生自伤行为的危险因素(均P<0.05)。结论 城乡接合部地区初中生自伤情况不乐观,人际、学业、家庭等都是其重要影响因素。

Abstract:Objective To explore the characteristics and influencing factors of non-suicidal self-injury (NSSI) behavior of junior middle school students in the urban-rural fringe area. Methods A total of 2 178 junior middle school students in the urban-rural fringe area were investigated with the adolescent NSSI behavior scale. Results The detection rate of NSSI behavior of junior middle school students in the urban-rural fringe area was 19.37% (442 cases), and the detection rate of female students (22.87%) was higher than that of the male students (16.02%) (χ2=16.31, P<0.001). There were significant differences in the detection rates of NSSI behavior among different grades, academic achievements, the number of friends, parents' marital status, and family income (χ2=19.99, 24.57, 22.43, 28.70, 11.03, all P<0.001). Multiple logistic regression analysis showed that grade two (OR=1.49), female students (OR=1.60), no friends (OR=2.61), poor academic performance (OR=1.89), parents’ divorce (OR=2.20) and parents’ remarriage (OR=1.59) were the risk factors for NSSI behavior of junior middle school students (all P<0.05). Conclusion The NSSI of junior middle school students in the urban-rural fringe area is not optimistic. Interpersonal relationships, study, family, and so on are all important influencing factors.
