透明质酸钠联合肉毒毒素在改善不同类型上眼睑凹陷中的应用

目的 研究透明质酸钠填充与肉毒毒素联合治疗不同类型上睑凹陷的临床疗效。方法 选取本院2020—2021年眶周老化求美者147例。采用分层随机方法,将单纯上眼睑凹陷者分为A组、B组,将复合型上睑凹陷者分为C组、D组。B组、D组接受单纯透明质酸钠填充,A组、C组采用透明质酸钠与肉毒毒素的联合治疗方案。对比4组上睑凹陷深度及改善值、患者满意度及不良事件发生情况。使用SPSS 21.0进行统计学分析。结果 剔除随访脱漏者,最终有效统计132例。治疗后3个月,每组上睑凹陷深度测量值与治疗前比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。A组(46例)术后3个月上睑凹陷深度测量平均改善值为(0.63±0.41)cm,B组(46例)为(0.49±0.34)cm,差异无统计学意义(t=1.782,P>0.05)。C组(20例)术后3个月上睑凹陷深度平均改善值为(1.72±0.42)cm,优于D组(20例)的(0.82±0.50)cm(t=6.091,P<0.01)。术后10例求美者出现轻微的淤青、肿胀,5例出现丁达尔现象;患者总体满意率为92.42%。结论 透明质酸钠填充与肉毒毒素联合治疗不同类型上睑凹陷是一种安全、微创、便捷的治疗方法。与传统单纯的填充治疗相比,联合治疗在改善复合型上眼睑凹陷方面具有更好的疗效,值得临床推广。

Application of sodium hyaluronate combined with botulinum toxin in improving different types of upper eyelid depression

Objective To study the clinical efficacy of sodium hyaluronate filling combined with botulinum toxin in the improvement of different types of upper eyelid depression. Methods A total of 147 cases of periorbital aging seeking beauty were selected in our hospital from 2020 to 2021. By using the stratified random method, the persons with simple upper eyelid depression were divided into Group A and Group B, and these cases with compound upper eyelid depression were divided into group C and Group D. Group B and group D were filled with sodium hyaluronate alone, and group A and group C were treated with sodium hyaluronate and botulinum toxin. The depth and improvement of upper eyelid depression, patient satisfaction, and adverse events were compared among the four groups. Statistical Product and Service Solutions (SPSS) version 21.0 software package was used for statistical analysis. Results Totally 132 cases were effectively counted after excluding the missing cases in follow-up. Three months after treatment, the measured depth of upper eyelid depression in each group was significantly different from that before treatment (P<0.01). The average improvement of upper eyelid depression depth in group A (46 cases) was (0.63±0.41) cm, and that in group B (46 cases) was (0.49±0.34) cm, the difference was not statistically significant (t=1.782, P>0.05). In group C (20 cases), the average improvement of upper eyelid depression depth was (1.72±0.42) cm 3 months after operation, and it was better than (0.82±0.50) cm in group D (20 cases) (t=6.091, P<0.01). After the operation, 10 cases of beauty seekers had slight bruising and swelling, and 5 cases had Tyndal phenomenon. The overall satisfaction rate of patients was 92.42%. Conclusion Sodium hyaluronate filling combined with botulinum toxin is a safe, minimally invasive, and convenient method to improve different types of upper eyelid depression. Combined treatment in patients with compound upper eyelid depression has a better curative effect than traditional simple filling treatment, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
