摘    要:目的 探讨基于微信平台的标准化围手术期管理在正颌手术患者中的应用效果。方法 选取2020年1月—2021年6月来本科就诊的行正颌手术治疗的患者167人为研究对象,随机分为对照组82人和实验组85人。对照组采用常规护理措施联合健康宣教,实验组在常规护理措施联合健康宣教的基础上,建立微信平台,采用标准化围手术期管理,比较2组的护理效果、护理不良事件发生率、患者依从性和患者满意度的差异。结果 实验组患者的术前准备完善率、依从率、满意率依次为94.12%、90.59%、84.71%,均高于对照组的75.61%、75.61%、68.29%,差异有统计学意义(χ2=9.824,P=0.002;χ2=5.679,P=0.017;Z=-2.408,P=0.016)。实验组患者的术后舒适度为(7.98±1.07)分,高于对照组的(7.57±1.29)分,差异有统计学意义(t=-2.207,P=0.005)。面部术后肿胀程度,实验组平均值为(19.12±6.46)mm,对照组为(24.37±5.52)mm,2组的分度差异有统计学意义(Z=-4.997,P<0.001)。实验组口腔异味、护理不良事件发生率依次为9.41%、3.82%,对照组为14.63%、6.10%,2组差异无统计学意义(χ2=0.641,P=0.423;χ2=1.386,P=0.239)。结论 基于微信平台的围手术期管理可以提高患者术前准备的完善率,降低患者术后面部肿胀程度,提高患者的术后舒适度、依从度和满意度,值得临床推广应用。

Abstract:Objective To explore the application effect of standardized perioperative management based on the WeChat platform in orthognathic surgery patients. Methods A total of 167 patients who came to our department from January 2020 to June 2021 for orthognathic surgery were randomly divided into 82 patients in a control group and 85 patients in an experimental group. The control group adopted routine nursing measures combined with health education, and the experimental group established a WeChat platform on the basis of routine nursing measures combined with health education; and adopted standardized perioperative management to compare the differences in nursing effect, the incidence of nursing adverse events, patient compliance and patient satisfaction between the two groups. Results The preoperative preparation improvement rate, compliance rate, and satisfaction rate of patients in the experimental group were 94.12%, 90.59%, and 84.71% respectively, which were higher than 75.61%, 75.61%, and 68.29% in the control group. The differences were statistically significant (χ2=9.824, P=0.002; χ2=5.679, P=0.017; Z=-2.408, P=0.016). The average score of postoperative comfort of patients in the experimental group was (7.98±1.07) points, which was higher than that of the control group: (7.57±1.29) points, and the difference was statistically significant (t=-2.207, P=0.005). The average degree of swelling after facial surgery was (19.12±6.46) mm in the experimental group and (24.37±5.52) mm in the control group, and there was a statistically significant difference in graduation between the two groups (Z=-4.997, P<0.001). The incidence rates of oral odor and nursing adverse events in the experimental group were 9.41% and 3.82%, respectively, and those in the control group were 14.63% and 6.10%, and there were no significant differences between the two groups (χ2=0.641, P=0.423; χ2=1.386, P=0.239). Conclusion The perioperative management based on the WeChat platform can improve the perfection rate of patients’ preoperative preparation, reduce the degree of postoperative facial swelling, and improve the postoperative comfort, compliance, and satisfaction of patients, which is worthy of clinical application.
