雷公藤多苷联合他克莫司治疗肾病综合征的效果分析

目的 分析雷公藤多苷联合他克莫司治疗肾病综合征(NS)的效果。方法 选取2018年4月—2020年5月在本院就诊的86例NS患者,按随机数字表法分为研究组与对照组,每组各43例。对照组采用他克莫司,研究组在对照组基础上采用雷公藤多苷。对比2组疗效和治疗前后肾功能血清白蛋白(ALB)、尿素氮(BUN)]、T淋巴细胞亚群(CD3+、CD4+/CD8+)水平。结果 研究组临床疗效总有效率为93.02%,高于对照组的72.09%,2组比较差异具有统计学意义(χ2=6.541,P=0.011);治疗后,2组ALB水平均较治疗前升高,BUN水平均较治疗前降低,且研究组ALB水平较对照组高,BUN水平较对照组低(P值均<0.001);治疗后,2组CD3+、CD4+/CD8+水平均较治疗前升高,且研究组CD3+、CD4+/CD8+水平较对照组高(P值均<0.01)。结论 NS患者采用雷公藤多苷、他克莫司联合治疗可提高疗效,改善免疫功能和肾功能。

Effect of Tripterygium polyglycosides combined with tacrolimus in treatment of nephrotic syndrome

Objective To analyze the effect of Tripterygium polyglycosides combined with tacrolimus in the treatment of nephrotic syndrome (NS). Methods A total of 86 patients with NS in our hospital from April 2018 to May 2020 were selected and randomly divided into a study group (n=43) and a control group (n=43). The control group was treated with tacrolimus, and the study group was treated with Tripterygium polyglycosides on the basis of the control group. The curative effects, renal functions , and T lymphocyte subset (CD3+, CD4+/CD8+) levels before and after treatment were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of the study group was 93.02% (40/43), higher than 72.09% (31/43) of the control group (P<0.05). After treatment, the ALB level of the study group was higher than that of the control group, and the BUN level was lower than that of the control group (all P<0.001); after treatment, the CD3+, CD4+/CD8+ levels of the study group were higher than those of the control group (all P<0.001). Conclusion The combined treatment of Tripterygium polyglycosides and tacrolimus can improve the curative effect, immune function, and renal function in patients with NS.
