基于SCL-90量表的心理干预对艾滋病患者依从性及负性情绪的影响

目的 分析基于心理状态症状自评量表(SCL-90)的心理干预在艾滋病患者中的应用价值。方法 收集2017年2月—2020年6月本院收治的68例艾滋病患者临床资料,按随机数字表法分为研究组(n=34)与常规组(n=34),常规组采用常规护理干预,研究组在常规组基础上采用基于SCL-90量表的心理干预。对比两组依从性、护理工作满意度和干预前后负性情绪量表汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)、汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)]评分。结果 研究组依从率为97.06%(33/34),高于常规组的76.47%(26/34)(χ^(2)=4.610,P<0.05);干预前,观察组HAMA、HAMD评分与常规组的差异无统计学意义(t=0.557、0.645,P>0.05);干预后,研究组HAMA、HAMD评分分别为(8.46±1.08)分、(7.56±1.02)分,低于常规组的(11.37±1.29)分、(10.25±1.16)分,(t=10.086、10.155,P均<0.05);研究组护理工作满意度为97.06%(33/34),高于常规组的76.47%(26/34)(χ^(2)=4.610,P<0.05)。结论 基于SCL-90量表的心理干预应用于艾滋病患者,可缓解其负性情绪,提高依从性,并具有较高护理工作满意度。

Effect of psychological intervention based on SCL-90 on compliance and negative emotion of AIDS patients

Objective To analyze the application value of psychological intervention based on Symptom Check List-90 (SCL-90) in AIDS patients. Methods The clinical data of 68 patients with AIDS treated in our hospital from February 2017 to June 2020 were collected and randomly divided into a study group (n=34) and a routine group (n=34). The routine group received the routine nursing intervention, and the study group received the psychological intervention based on SCL-90 on the basis of the routine group. The scores of compliance rate, nursing job satisfaction, and negative emotion scale were compared between the two groups before and after the intervention. Results The compliance rate of the study group was 97.06% (33/34), which was higher than 76.47% (26/34) of the routine group(χ2=4.610, P<0.05). Before the intervention, there was no significant difference in HAMA and HAMD scores between the two groups (t=0.557, 0.645, both P>0.05); after the intervention, the HAMA and HAMD scores of the study group were (8.46±1.08) and (7.56±1.02), respectively, lower than those of the routine group: (11.37±1.29) and (10.25±1.16), (t=10.086, 10.155, both P<0.05). The nursing job satisfaction of the study group was 97.06% (33/34), which was higher than that of the routine group: (76.47%, 26/34) (χ2=4.610, P<0.05). Conclusion The application of psychological intervention based on the SCL-90 scale in AIDS patients can alleviate their negative emotions, improve compliance, and have high nursing job satisfaction.
