苏州市中小学生遭受校园欺凌现状及影响因素分析

摘    要:目的 分析中小学生遭受校园欺凌现状及其主要影响因素,为有效控制中小学生遭受校园欺凌现象提供有效依据。方法 采用分层整群随机抽样的方法对苏州市3 006名中小学生进行遭受校园欺凌问卷调查。利用t /χ2检验和Logistic回归分析探索中小学生遭受校园欺凌的影响因素。结果 调查的中小学生平均年龄为(13.080±2.582)岁,遭受校园欺凌检出率为3.160%,男生检出率高于女生(4.060% vs. 2.231%,χ2=8.212,P=0.004)。Logistic回归分析显示,既往饮酒、过去30日内被家长打骂与遭受校园欺凌检出差异有统计学意义(均P<0.001)。结论 苏州市中小学生遭受校园欺凌的伤害行为应引起重视,将限制饮酒和防止家长打骂作为中小学生预防遭受校园欺凌的重点工作。

Abstract:Objective To assess the current situation and influencing factors of campus bullying among primary and middle school students so as to provide the evidence for effective prevention of this behavior. Methods A total of 3 006 primary and middle school students in Suzhou City were enrolled through the stratified cluster sampling method and investigated with a questionnaire for campus bullying. The data were analyzed with logistic regression analysis to explore the influencing factors of campus bullying. Results The average age of primary and secondary school students was (13.080±2.582) years. The prevalence of campus bullying was 3.160%. The prevalence of boys was higher than that of girls (4.060% vs. 2.231%, χ2=8.212, P=0.004). The logistic regression analysis showed that previous drinking, being beaten and scolded by parents within the past 30 days were positively correlated with campus bullying (both P<0.001). Conclusion We should pay attention to the harmful behavior of primary and middle school students subjected to campus bullying in Suzhou City, and limiting drinking and preventing parents from beating and scolding should be regarded as the key work for primary and middle school students to prevent campus bullying.
