| 摘 要： | 阐述对研究生的沟通指导能力进行的培训：主讲教员引导研究生在实验课教学过程中通过当堂考核促进研究生与本科生沟通，尽快掌握实验技能；通过讨论沟通贯彻实验期望，有效地传输正确理念。该举措既提高了本科生的实验技能，又促进了研究生高质量健康成长。

| Abstract: | This paper discusses practice of training graduate students＇ communication and mentoring ability.The mentors help the graduate students communicate with the undergraduates to grasp the experiment skills through evaluation on the spot. Communication and discussion skills are used to transmit the graduate students＇ standards and expectation to help them get the correct contents.The strategies help undergraduates become outstanding experimentalists and improve quality of graduate training. |
