摘    要:目的:观察灯盏花素脂质体注射液对大鼠脑缺血再灌注损伤的保护作用.方法:采用线栓法复制大鼠大脑中动脉脑缺血再灌注损伤模型,检测血液流变学指标,并测定再灌注后缺血侧脑组织中含水量、丙二醛(MDA)含量、总抗氧化能力(T-AOC)和超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性.结果:灯盏花素脂质体注射液6.66、3.33、1.67mg/kg均不同程度降低低、中、高切变率全血黏度、红细胞压积和血沉,能拮抗缺血脑组织脑含水量和MDA含量的增加,提高脑组织T-AOC、SOD含量.结论:灯盏花素脂质体注射液对大鼠大脑中动脉缺血再灌注损伤具有明显的保护作用.

Abstract:Objective: To study the the protective effect of breviscapine liposome injections (BLI) against cerebral ischema-reperfusion injury in rats. Method: SD rats were treated with BLI for 6 days and were prepared to focal ischemia with middle cerebral artery occlusion(MCAO).After 2 hours, perfusion was recovered by pulling out the suture. 12 hours later,hemorrheology indexes were measured and the homogenate of brain tissue were obtained after reperfusion. The contents of water and malondialdehyde (MDA) levels, total antioxidant capacity(T-AOC) and the activities of superoxide dismutase (SOD) and (T-AOC)were determined by spectroscopy. Results: Hemorheological research it showed that BLI reduced whole blood viscosity , hematocrit(HCT), erythrocyte sedimentation rate (ESR). BLI decreased the contents of water and MDA,elevated the activities of SOD and T-AOC. Conclusion: It is suggested that BLI can improve hemorheological state and protect against cerebral ischemia-reperfusion injury by enhancing the activity of anti-oxidative enzymes,inhibiting lipid peroxidation subsequently and attenuating free radicals-mediated brain damage.
