| 摘 要： | 目的:评估我院2003～2005年中药注射剂的利用状况。方法:对中药注射剂的用药金额、用药频度(DDDs)等指标分别进行统计、分析。结果:我院2003～2005年中药注射剂的用药金额及DDDs逐年增长,心脑血管类药物应用频率最高。单品种DDDs排序中血栓通注射液3年内均稳居首位;单品种用药金额排序中灯盏细辛注射液后2年占据首位。结论:中药注射剂应用范围广泛、应用量增长迅速,应重视用药安全性问题。

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE:To evaluate the status quo of the utilization of Chinese medicine injection(CMI) in our hospital. METHOD:The consumption sum and the defined daily dose(DDDs) of CMI were statistically analyzed.RESULTS:The consumption sum of CMI increased year by year from 2003 to 2005,with cardio-cerebral vascular CMI taking the lead on the list of DDDs.The Xueshuantong injection in our hospital ranked first in DDDs over the three years,while Fleabane injection ranked first on the list of consumption sum in 2004 and 2005.CONCLUSIONS:CMI was extensively used and it witnessed a rapid increase.Great importance should be attached to the medication safety of CIM. |
