| 摘 要： | 目的探讨老年女性2型糖尿病患者骨质疏松症（OP）的危险因素。方法将180例住院的老年女性2型糖尿病患者分为OP组（A组）和非OP组的（B组）,并对相关危险因素进行logistic回归分析。结果两组的FBG、BMI,BMD、FINS差异具有显著性（均P〈0.05）;FINS水平、UALB、病程、BMI是老年女性2型糖尿病患者OP的独立危险因素（P〈0.05）。结论FINS水平、UALB、病程、BMI是老年女性2型糖尿病患者OP的独立危险因素,在老年女性2型糖尿病患者的治疗过程中应当注重对这些指标的关注。
