冠心病患者行为类型与纤溶激活系统改变的相关性研究

目的 研究不同行为类型冠心病患者之间纤溶激活系统的变化。方法 用A型行为问卷评定 81名冠心病患者和 59名健康人群,用发色底物法测定他们血浆的纤溶激活系统中PAI 1、t PA活性。结果 冠心病患者(1. 04±0. 18)比正常人群(0. 52±0. 07)的PAI 1活性上升,t PA活性下降(分别这 0. 35±0. 09, 0. 38±0. 04) (P<0. 05);这种改变在不同行为类型之间比较,A型行为类型比非A型行为类型的冠心病患者PAI 1的活性升高而t PA活性降低,两者差异都有显著意义 (P<0. 01)。结论 冠心病患者随着A型行为的增加,血浆中PAI 1活性上升,t PA活性下降,导致凝血功能亢进,纤溶功能下降,血液处于高凝状态,促进血栓形成和发展,从而导致并加重冠心病。

The relationship between the behavior types and plasminogen activation system in patients with coronary heart disease

ObjectivesTo study the change of plasminogen activation system in different behavior type patients with coronary heart disease. Methods81 patients with coronary heart disease and 59 normal control were evaluated by type A Behavior Scale, t-PA and PAI-1 activities were measured. ResultsThe activity of PAI-1 was higher and t-PA was lower in patients with coronary heart disease(P<0.05), and this change is also found in different type-behavior(P<0.01). Conclusion The activity of t-PA is decreased and PAI-1 is increased, this change is accompanied with the type A behavior traits. This change leads to the decrease of function of plasminogen activation, which makes the blood keeping a state of higher stagnating and stimulating blood thrombus formation and then aggravates the situation of coronary heart disease.
